Chateau Le Sploosh

A Happy Hour Agency Project
September 2016 – present

Part European Seaside Cafe, part Raging Waters, Chateau Le Sploosh is a clandestine art installation and fully functioning bar with an ever-changing menu of sophisticated and fun cocktails by Irene Martinez.

Chateau Le Sploosh opened in September 2016 as an art installation and bar concept designed and run by Happy Hour Agency, a creative collective based in Los Angeles whose work explores the intersection of art and hospitality. Openings at Le Sploosh range from a la carte cocktail-only happy hours to full pre-fixe dinner and cocktail pairing menus.
